Scott attributes much of his ability to organize, oversee and implement clients dream-home plans to his diverse professional experience ranging from management at General Motors to owning and growing an emergency services company. Scott and his wife always dreamed of building a custom log home, so in 1998, after years of research, he began construction on a 5900 square foot Wisconsin Log and Custom Home of his own. During the building process, he found a passion for the design and construction of mixed-material homes and became a connoisseur of the trade himself. Scott is going on his 20th year as a nationally authorized dealer and builder for Wisconsin Log and Custom Homes and continues to pursue his passion by helping others home dreams become a reality.
Landon was first introduced to the construction industry while working for a landscape contractor where his direct work with DOT engineers sparked his interest in all the ins-and-outs that make for a seamless project. In 1999 he joined Creative Landscapes Inc. team (d.b.a. The Log Home Guy), where he began to explore, tailor and orient different tools and platforms for the management of landscape construction projects. As The Log Home Guy grew, Landon's interest in home construction bloomed with it. Today Landon helps manage new home builds and focuses on client communication and project organization. In his free time he enjoys adventuring with his wife and twin girls, fishing, cooking and all things tech related.
Pete Boeke joined The Log Home Guy team in 2015 and brought a vast knowledge of construction principles grown from commercial and residential construction projects with him.
